About Shaman Lizzy

Shaman Lizzy was born and raised in the breathtaking embrace of South Lake Tahoe, California, where the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains and the crystalline waters of Lake Tahoe became her first teachers. These early years were spent exploring forest trails and gazing at starlit skies which planted the seeds of her spiritual curiosity, fostering a deep connection to the energies that weave through all living things. 

Lizzy’s early twenties were a crucible of navigating the darker corners of the human experience. Living in a world often fraught with division, fear, and systemic challenges, she encountered the collective shadow—those unacknowledged aspects of humanity such as human trafficking, corruption, and the matrix distortions that fuel suffering. These years taught her to walk through the dark, not as a victim, but as a warrior of light, learning to hold space for her own pain while seeking transformation. Facing these raw truths head-on, Lizzy developed an unshakable resilience and a rare ability to empathize with the struggles of others, forging a deep relatability that would later become a cornerstone of her work. 

Her ability to connect with nearly everyone she guides—whether they grapple with trauma, self-doubt, or spiritual disorientation—stems from this period of profound personal growth, where she learned to see the light within the darkest moments and in all of creation.

Disillusioned by the constraints of traditional education, Lizzy realized during her years of college courses that the conventional system could not contain the vastness of her potential or align with her vision of uplifting humanity. Rejecting the prescribed path, she took her destiny into her own hands, diving headfirst into an expansive study of ancient and modern spirituality. 

Her mission crystallized: to assist in the evolution of humanity by manifesting her inner vision of peace, liberation, and unity for all. This commitment propelled her into a decade of disciplined exploration, mastering mysticism through the study of hermetic traditions, esoteric Christianity, and Eastern philosophies that bridge the material and spiritual realms. 

Her pursuit of psychic mastery honed her abilities in mediumship, clairgognizance, and energy reading, empowering her to guide others in unlocking their latent potential and navigating the subtle currents of consciousness. Sound healing emerged as a vital pillar of Lizzy’s practice, where she harnessed the transformative power of crystal bowls, drums, and sacred chants to realign energies, dissolve blockages, and facilitate deep healing across physical, emotional, and spiritual planes. 

Her initiation into the sacred medicine Bufo, derived from the Sonoran Desert toad, marked a pivotal moment in her journey. Approached with reverence, this entheogenic experience shattered egoic boundaries, revealing the interconnected web of all life and deepening her shamanic insight. From this sacred rite, she emerged with a renewed commitment to fostering global unity and healing.

As a skilled facilitator of rituals and ceremonies, Lizzy draws from a rich tapestry of shamanic traditions—Amazonian, and Native American—blending them into sacred spaces that catalyze transformation. Her extensive shamanic studies have equipped her to lead soul-retrieval journeys, ancestral healings, and rites of passage. With a compassionate yet powerful presence, she guides individuals and groups through their inner landscapes, helping them integrate light and shadow to emerge whole and empowered. 

In collaboration with Pete Sapper, Lizzy co-authored the transformative book “Creation is Finished: Become the Master Creator of your Universe” and its sequel “You are Everything: and Everything is Within You,” which reveal profound secrets of the universe, empowering readers to embrace their divine creative power and inner wholeness. 

Complementing her teachings, Lizzy leads comprehensive Bufo facilitator training and shamanic apprenticeships, drawing from her deep expertise in sacred medicines and indigenous traditions; to date, 12 dedicated students have graduated from her program, equipped to hold space for others’ healing journeys and continue the ripple of global awakening.

Through dynamic videos, live sessions, and in-depth tutorials, she demystifies spiritual practices, offering accessible tools for psychic development, light body activations, sound healing, and more.
